Tears Are Flowing As Grooms’ Autistic Brother Gives His Best Man Speech

Sam Waldron, who is 23 years old, delivered one of the most emotionally moving wedding speeches ever seen on the internet. The speech was for his brother Jonah and his bride, Maddy. It was definitely an experience worth sharing.

The video went viral after being posted to several social media sites. Everyone present will agree that this best man speech ranks among the most moving they have ever heard.

In just a few days, Sams’ TikTok account amassed over three million views and 400,000 comments. This beloved sibling is deserving of all the praise and attention he is getting at the moment.

Sam was a little nervous, as the video shows. As he talked, both his voice and his hands shook. But when he starts by saying he has autism, which makes him nervous in social situations like this, he surely got everyones’ attention. All of the people there cheered to show their approval. They understand how difficult and challenging it would be for Sam to be in front of a lot of people.

But Sam is going to have the courage to do it. He said, “But there is one person in the world I would do this for. Jonah Waldron. Check that. There are two people in the world I would do this for – Maddy and Jonah Waldron.”

He is the groom’s brother but the first thing Sam talked about was his love for Maddy and how much she meant to him. Sam said, “You have all the makings of a great sister. Just like my sister Clara, my whole family loves you. When you are around, they light up.” He went on to express his gratitude for the caring sister she has always been to him.

Also, he admitted that even though he gets nervous and uncomfortable around a lot of people, he never feels anxious when he’s around Maddy because she “give[s] him peace.”
