You will need:

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium head green cabbage
Coarse salt
Ground pepper
1 teaspoon caraway or fennel seeds

Cooking Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400-degrees.
Brush baking sheet with olive oil.
Cut the medium head green cabbage into 1-inch thick rounds.
Line in single layers on the sheet and brush each with oil on both sides.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle caraway or fennel seeds.
Roast cabbage until tender for 40 to 45 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
